El uso del Real Decreto Ley en la X Legislatura

Abstract

[ES] A lo largo del trabajo se puede observar la producción de decretos leyes por parte del poder ejecutivo en España, desde una perspectiva tanto teórica- Constitución, doctrina, sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional y reglamentos de las Cámaras- Como práctica- análisis de algunos decretos leyes de esta legislatura. Se critica el posible uso arbitrario o abusivo de esta figura normativa, incluyendo posibles soluciones a su utilización.

[EN] Along this work we show the policy and practise production of executive orders by the different governments in Spain. It is analyzed the constitutional way of passing executive orders, the sentences of the constitutional court, along with a practical analysis of three of the executive orders of the current government. The arbitrary and excessive use of this figure is critized as though some posible solutions are added
