Resumen
[ES]La inclusión educativa es un tema de gran relevancia en la actualidad debido a la diversidad de alumnos que se han incorporado a los centros educativos ordinarios en estos últimos años, cada uno de ellos con necesidades y características diferentes. Esto ha supuesto no sólo cambios metodológicos y curriculares sino un cambio de actitudes por parte del profesorado.
Los objetivos de este trabajo se centran en evaluar las actitudes de los docentes hacia la inclusión y las estrategias que utilizan en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, así como evaluar la incidencia en las actitudes y estrategias de las variables sociodemográficas (género, edad) y las relacionadas con la práctica profesional (nivel de formación, años de experiencia, tipo de centro y etapa educativa). Nos hemos basado para ello en una metodología cuantitativa a través del cuestionario Actitudes y prácticas del profesorado relativas a la inclusión.
La muestra está formada por 82 docentes, concretamente 53 de siete centros educativos de Salamanca, Zamora y Madrid y 29 que forman parte de un grupo de maestros en Facebook. Los resultados indican actitudes positivas hacia la inclusión de alumnos con necesidades educativas especiales y un uso frecuente de estrategias inclusivas en las aulas.
Respecto a las variables analizadas, las variables profesionales tienen una mayor incidencia tanto en las actitudes como en las estrategias que las variables sociodemográficas. Además,se ha demostrado que tener actitudes positivas influye en un mayor uso de estrategias en las aulas. Estos datos sugieren la necesidad de seguir profundizando en el tema. are a lot of variety of students that have integrated into the ordinary school centers in the last years, each of one with different needs and characteristics. This situation has supposed not only methodological and curricular changes but, also, changes in the attitudes of the teachers.
The objectives of this study are focused on evaluate the attitudes of teachers towards
inclusion and the strategies that are used in the teaching-learning process, as well as evaluate the incident in the attitudes and strategies of the social demographic variables (gender, age) and the variables related with the professional practice (level of formation, years of expe-rience, type of center, stage of education). We have based, for this study, in a
quantitative methodology through the questionnaire Actitudes y prácticas del profesorado relativas a la inclusión.
The sample is formed by 82 teachers in total, 53 of seven education centers of
Salamanca, Zamora and Madrid, and 29 of them of a Facebook’s group. The results indicate positive attitudes towards inclusion with students that have special educational needs and the frequent use of inclusive educational strategies into the classroom. In respect of the variables studied, the professional variables have more incidence in the attitudes and strategies than the socio demographic variables. Also, it has been demonstrated that to have positive attitudes influence in a more use of inclusive strategies into the classroom. These results suggest the need to study more this matter.
