El fenómeno actual de las parejas de hecho y sus diversas repercusiones sociales y jurídicas

Abstract

[ES] La realidad social conforma el derecho. Las uniones de hecho necesitan una regulación legal para unificar las posibles resoluciones judiciales de todo tipo que actualmente se están dictando en los numerosos litigios que se plantean. Esta recensión trata de satisfacer esa necesidad unificadora de las diversas regulaciones tanto europeas, estatales y autonómicas, que posibilitan soluciones diferentes a similares situaciones, a la luz de la doctrina y las últimas sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional, Tribunal Supremo y diversas Audiencias Provinciales.

[EN] The social reality defines Law. Extramarital unions need a legal regulation to unify the possible legal rulings of any kind that are being passed in the numerous litigations pro-posed nowadays. This project aims to satisfy that unifying need of the diverse regulations such as Euro-pean, state and autonomous, which make possible different solutions to similar situa-tions, in light of the doctrine and the latest sentences from the Constitutional Court, Su-preme Court and diverse Provincial Courts.
