Los personajes en Pirandello: Más allá de "Sei personaggi in cerca d'autore"

Abstract

[ES]En este trabajo se lleva a cabo un análisis de diferentes personajes de cuatro obras del dramaturgo siciliano Luigi Pirandello, uno de los autores de cuentos, novelas y teatro más importantes de finales del siglo XIX y comienzos del XX. Las obras escogidas son: Così è (se vi pare), La patente, L’imbecille y Vestire gli ignudi. Recoge también el estudio más detallado de cuatro máscaras o títeres recurrentes en la producción dramática del autor: el títere femenino, el siciliano, el suicida y el personaje-persona.

[EN]This essay consist on a review of the different kinds of characters taken from four plays of the Sicilian playwright Luigi Pirandello, one of the most prolific writers in the late 19th century and the early 20th century. The chosen plays are: Così è (se vi pare), La patente, L’imbecille and Vestire gli ignudi. Also is included a more detailed study about four masks or puppets in the writer’s dramatic production: the female puppet, the Sicilian, the suicide and the person-character.
