Proyecto de creación de empresa y su viabilidad económica, "código secreto C.B."

Abstract

[ES] Un trabajo elaborado desde la experiencia profesional al que le he querido dar un sentido pedagógico y eminentemente práctico para alumnos de carreras económicas y empresariales, y también para aquellas otras personas que pretendan iniciar un proyecto empresarial. Un trabajo que recoge paso a paso el recorrido legal, jurídico y administrativo de cualquier proyecto empresarial por muy pequeño o por muy grande que sea; recorrido inexcusable en este entramado burocrático al que no somete el Sistema Español en este ámbito. El trabajo está basado en la idea de 4 jóvenes recién graduados en las disciplinas de Derecho y Administración de Empresa, Informática y Publicidad, cargados de vocación empresarial y asumiendo la responsabilidad que ello implica, que ponen en marcha una empresa bajo el paraguas jurídico de una Comunidad de Bienes, para la actividad de “CREACION DE SOFTWARE INFORMATICOS, Y PRODUCCION DIGITAL” Ello me ha permitido hacer ese recorrido al que antes me refería, y marcar todos los pasos de “papeleo” para presentarlos en el mercado empresarial perfectamente ordenados jurídicamente y homologados para la actividad del “comercio”, desde la mirada de la Hacienda Pública y desde el Ministerio de Trabajo, especialmente. Entiendo que el trabajo, perfectamente estructurado en tiempos y en documentos, refleja de forma sencilla e inteligible, como si de un manual se tratara, las formas jurídicas que pueden presentar las empresas (sociedades, cooperativas, comunidades de bienes etc.), contratos, documentos, permisos que tienen que tener en cuenta antes de iniciar la actividad, contrato de alquiler de Local, oficina o nave donde se va a ejercer la actividad, las formalidades ante la Agencia Tributaria, y la Seguridad Social, la contratación de posibles trabajadores asalariados… etc. Es mi deseo que este trabajo sea una herramienta útil y pedagógica desde la realidad actual de su contenido.

[EN] A work elaborated from the professional experience to which I have given a pedagogic and eminently practical sense for pupils of economic and business careers, and also for that people who try to initiate a business project. A work that gathers stepwise the legal, juridical and administrative route of any business project for very small or very big that is; inexcusable route in this bureaucratic studding to which the Spanish System submits us in this area. The work is based on the idea of four young people newly graduated in the disciplines of Law and Administration of Company, Computer science and Advertising, loaded with business vocation and assuming the responsibility that it implies, that start a company under the juridical umbrella of a community of acquests for the activity of " Creation of the IT software and digital production”. It has allowed me to make this route to which before I was referring, and mark all the steps of "paperwork" to present them on the business market, perfectly arranged juridically and authorized for the activity of the "trade", from the look of the Public Estate and from the Department of Employment, specially. I understand that the work perfectly structured in times and documents, reflects the juridical forms that can present the companies (companies, cooperatives, community of acquests, etc), contracts, documents, permissions that they have to take into account before initiating the activity, contract of rent of place, office or factory premises where the activity is going to be engaged in, the formalities before the Tributary Agency, and the National Health Service, the recruitment of possible wage-earning workers, etc. It is my desire that this work is a useful and pedagogic tool from the current reality of its content.
