El análisis del juicio como decisión judicial permite enlazar consideraciones escolásticas de Santo Tomás con los principales problemas actuales del proceso desde la triple perspectiva de los sujetos encargados de juzgar, del modo en que lo hacen, para llegar de forma conclusiva a ponderar las variables complejas que entran en la definición de qué es el acto de juzgar.
