Las plataformas de distribución de contenido en internet. Análisis de su licitud a la luz de la Ley de la Propiedad Intelectual

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo veremos como protagonista principal a la Ley de la Propiedad Intelectual, y su aplicación sobre la licitud de las Plataformas de Distribución de Contenido. El objetivo de este trabajo es el estudio de la situación que ha dejado en nuestro país la reforma de la Ley de la Propiedad Intelectual, que actividades se convierten en ilícitas y que cambios realiza dicha reforma en el entorno universitario, haciendo especial hincapié en la Universidad de Salamanca. Para ello, se han explicado los diferentes cambios que se han efectuado en la Ley por medio de dicha reforma, empleando en la medida de lo posible, algunos casos reales. Por ello se espera que se encuentre explicadas las nociones basicas de la nueva reforma, de una manera sencilla y compacta para llegar a una buena comprensión.

[EN] In this paper we will see as the main protagonist of the Law on Intellectual Property, and its application on the legality of the content distribution platforms. The objective of this work is to study the situation that our country has made the reform of the Intellectual Property Law, which activities become illegal and that makes such reform changes in the university environment, with particular emphasis on the University Salamanca. To this end, they explained the various changes that have been made in the law through the reform, using as far as possible, some real cases. It is therefore expected that the basics of the new reform, in a simple and compact way be explained to reach a good understanding.
