ICA-AtoM: Gestión electrónica de archivos

Abstract

[ES] El Consejo Internacional de Archivos desarrolló un congreso con el título: "El acceso a la memoria" (ICA-AtoM) sobre los software en código abierto para la descripción de archivos; donde se presentó una visión general de la participación de la comunidad que impulsa este proyecto adelante. En diciembre de 2011, ICA-AtoM 1.2 se lanzó con mejoras significativas y una serie de nuevas características que agilizan el flujo de trabajo de archivo y permiten a los repositorios lanzar sus colecciones en línea con un coste mínimo y menor esfuerzo. Breves ejemplos de las nuevas características son: las funciones de uso de ICA-AtoM organizadas como un portal institucional, y se incluye una sola ubicación para el repositorio a fin de proporcionar una sensación de flexibilidad y jerarquización del software. ICA-AtoM se espera cerrar este año con la versión 1.4 y a partir de entonces el ICA deja de estar implicado en el proyecto y Artefactual Systems es la empresa que continua con el proyecto que se denominará ATOM. [EN] The International Council on Archives developed a conference entitled: "The memory access" (ICA-AtoM) on open source software for archival description; where an overview of the participation of the community behind this project forward was presented. In December 2011, ICA-AtoM 1.2 was released with significant improvements and a number of new features that streamline workflow and file repositories allow launching their collections online with minimal cost and minimal effort. Brief examples of the new features are: functions using ICA-AtoM organized as an institutional portal and a single location for the repository to provide a sense of flexibility and nesting software is included. ICA-AtoM is expected to close this year with version 1.4 and thereafter the ICA no longer involved in the project and Artefactual Systems is the company that the project continues to be called ATOM.
