Crónica del proceso soberanista catalán

Abstract

[ES] El contenido de este trabajo consiste en una crónica sobre el proceso soberanista de Cataluña – conociendo tanto su historia y orígenes, como la actualidad de la cuestión– en relación con el Estado autonómico, estudiando la razón de ser de este sistema. También se contempla una referencia a la importancia del Tribunal Constitucional en cuanto al Estado Autonómico, prestando especial atención a la STC 259/2015 de 2 de Diciembre del 2015 a través de un análisis de la misma.

[EN] The content of this essay is a chronicle of the process of independence of Catalonia –knowing both the historical origin and the current situation of the issue regarding the link with the autonomic State, focus on the meaning of the system. It also contents a reference to the significance of the Constitutional Court within the Autonomic System, paying attention to the judgement 259/15 through its analysis.
