Abstract

[ES] En la actualidad el fenómeno de la globalización ha obligado a los estados a organizarse para hacerle frente. Uno de los proyectos más importantes para tal fin son los sistemas de integración. El ejemplo más representativo son la Unión Europea y el sistema de integración centroamericana (SICA), quienes han sabido leer los tiempos actuales y tomar medidas encaminadas al desarrollo de sus estados miembros y sus sociedades

[EN] Nowadays the globalization phenomenon has forced states to organize themselves, so they can this situation. One of the most important projects for this purpose is the integration of systems. The best example are the European Union and the Central American Integration System (SICA), which knows how to read the times and takes measures to develop their member states and their societies.
