Abstract
[EN] The research sought to show how from an analysis of the social problems related to mobility, housing, employment and the environment, can result in a proposal for the modernization of urban cities.
Use deductive, descriptive, analytical and proactive approach to solving the problem of mobility, housing and employment in Bogota in Colombia in order to overcome many of these problems currently existing.
The degree of innovation involved the integration of legal, administrative and economic disciplines, to find the solution of one of the major current problems in cities such as aging and deteriorating meet the needs of mobility, housing and employment for new generations.
It shows how these cities are older and can remodel by land use plans in the short medium and long term, so that not only meet the needs of expanding services, but the implementation of new technologies has brought modern society Bank of generating ideas on improving urban planning covering at least 500 years later.
The proposal calls; Comprehensive self-sufficient communities that are housing developments that offer housing, basic commerce, parking and social services to provide comprehensive response to the basic needs of these communities.
The boost to housing necessarily affect improving employment especially in the hands of less skilled labor, but also the pursuit of improvement in mobility if it is done on the margins of the new avenues of accessibility
Rehabilitation of large cities arises, by opening major access roads and reconstruction of the center to the periphery, through the growth of the cities up the concentration of rural housing, housing finance without usury development parks, malls and public gardens, which convert the city into a park.
It is aimed to serve as a tool for professionals who have come to the decision levels of the State with diverse backgrounds and are interested in participating in the process of development and management of public policies in the performance of their duties to seek a solution to the employment and housing needs.It is a proposal that is counter to most scholars in the field of mobility based on the based on the vehicle restriction, while it sought to support planning for the opening of major roads accessibility, giving mobility to congested cities, while achieving a planned rebuild the center to the periphery and aerial growth, enabling the modernization of aging cities.
