Abstract

[EN] The research sought to show how from an analysis of the social problems related to mobility, housing, employment and the environment, can result in a proposal for the modernization of urban cities. Use deductive, descriptive, analytical and proactive approach to solving the problem of mobility, housing and employment in Bogota in Colombia in order to overcome many of these problems currently existing.
