dc.description.abstract[EN] The research sought to show how from an analysis of the social problems related to mobility, housing, employment and the environment, can result in a proposal for the modernization of urban cities. Use deductive, descriptive, analytical and proactive approach to solving the problem of mobility, housing and employment in Bogota in Colombia in order to overcome many of these problems currently existing. The degree of innovation involved the integration of legal, administrative and economic disciplines, to find the solution of one of the major current problems in cities such as aging and deteriorating meet the needs of mobility, housing and employment for new generations.
