Estudio de derecho comparado sobre el régimen jurídico de los apellidos

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la regulación del orden de los apellidos en España, realizando un estudio de Derecho comparado tomando como referencia la normativa existente en algunos países de la Unión Europea. En la primera parte del trabajo se lleva a cabo un análisis de la normativa internacional y europea sobre los apellidos y el orden de los mismos. En la segunda, se analiza el régimen jurídico de los apellidos en el Ordenamiento español. En el tercero y último se aborda el estudio de la normativa que regula los apellidos en algunos países vecinos de la Unión Europea, como Francia, Portugal e Italia, comparando dichas regulaciones con la normativa española.

[EN] The objective of this piece of work is to analyse the regulation of the order of surnames in Spain. It is a comparative study which makes reference to the current norms in a select group of countries within the European Union, such as France, Portugal and Italy. In the first part an analysis on the international and European norms in regards to surnames and the order in which they appear will be carried out. In the second part the legal regime of surnames in regards to Spain will be analysed. In the third and final section, this work will focus on studying the norms that are present in some neighboring countries, also within the EU, such as France, Portugal and Italy, comparing the said regulations with the norms present in Spain.
