Los Tribunales para niños. Creación y Desarrollo.

Abstract

This paper studies the creation of Juvenile or Children's Courts in Spain, analysing their reasons and aims, as well as the ethical and political connotations present on their way of acting. Their history and the one of the institutions that complement them is built from the legislation, writings and ideas of their promoters.

Este trabajo examina la creación en España de los Tribunales para niños analizando sus razones y finalidades, así como los matices ético-políticos que informan su actuación. Se construye su historia y la de sus instituciones complementarias a partir de la legislación, de los escritos y de las iniciativas de sus principales promotores.
