Hayek: una reconstrucción de su teoría de la justicia

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se presenta la teoría de la justicia propuesta por Friedrich August von Hayek, filósofo, jurista y economista, galardonado con el Premio Nobel de Economía en 1974. Se trata de una perspectiva general de su teoría política y social, donde introduce un amplio y novedoso análisis de la naturaleza de la sociedad y de los mecanismos que permiten la conciliación de los diversos intereses individuales, sin requerir para ello de un acuerdo general acerca de los objetivos a satisfacer. Particularmente, quedan a disposición del lector apuntes sobre el surgimiento y evolución del orden social, el funcionamiento del libre mercado, consideraciones acerca de la igualdad, la renta básica y la justicia distributiva, así como una crítica del colectivismo, entre otros.

[EN] This study examines the theory of justice proposed by Friedrich August von Hayek, philosopher, jurist, economist and winner of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 1974. It offers a general perspective of his political and social theory, where he introduces a broad and original analysis of the nature of society and of the mechanisms that allow the balance of diverse individual interests, without requiring a general agreement on the objectives to be met. In particular, notes on the emergence and evolution of the social order, the functioning of the free market, considerations about equality, basic income and distributive justice, as well as a critique of collectivism, among others, are available to the reader.
