España contra la Yihad. Especial consideración de la cooperación internacional

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis de la evolución de la seguridad española en materia antiterrorista desde los ataques ocurridos el 11 de marzo de 2004 hasta la actualidad. Así como analizar en qué consiste la yihad y los mecanismos de cooperación internacional en materia penal con que contamos tanto a nivel europeo como español para combatir a la misma. Profundizando en las diversas herramientas de cooperación internacional penal por ser este el método más eficaz.

[EN] The porpuse of this study is to analyze the evolution of the spanish security in terrorism matter since 11 march of 2004 to the present. As well as to analyze what the jihad is and the cooperation mechanims that we have in the UE and in Spain for combat it. Deepening in the tools of international cooperation because this is the most effective method.
