[ES] El trabajo investiga la adaptación al cine de la novela de Bram Stoker “Drácula” que dirigió Francis Ford Coppola. A partir de varios estudios teóricos sobre las adaptaciones cinematográficas, analiza aspectos como la fidelidad al texto, la originalidad, el contexto, la influencia de mitos similares y la representación del personaje en diversas artes, teniendo en cuenta los distintos elementos que componen una película. [EN] The paper researches on the adaptation to the cinema of Bram Stoker's novel "Dracula" by Francis Ford Coppola. From several theoretical studies on film adaptations, it analyzes aspects such as fidelity to the text, originality, context, the influence of alike myths and the portrayal of this character in other arts, taking into account the different elements of a movie.
