Una visión global del Centro Documental de la Memoria Histórica: revisión bibliográfica

Abstract

[ES] El Centro Documental de la Memoria Histórica es el resultado de la evolución de los fondos incautados en la Guerra Civil Española por el bando nacional. Se describe la evolución de estos documentos desde sus incautaciones y las organizaciones que las realizaron, así como el tratamiento que se ha hecho de dichos documentos tras la llegada de la democracia. Además, tratamos el estado actual del Centro y sus planes de futuro, pero sin olvidar la polémica conocida como “los papeles de Salamanca”. Tratamos cómo esta polémica afectó al Archivo General de la Guerra Civil y cómo ha propiciado el desarrollo del actual Centro Documental de la Memoria Histórica.

[EN] The Documentary Center of the Historical Memory is the result of the evolution of the funds seized in the Spanish Civil War by the national side. The evolution of these documents is described from their seizures and the organizations that made them, as well as the treatment that has been done of said documents after the arrival of democracy. In addition, we deal with the current state of the Center and its future plans, but without forgetting the controversy known as "the papers of Salamanca". We discussed how this controversy affected the General Archive of the Civil War and how it has fostered the development of the current Documentary Center of Historical Memory.
