Actitudes de las mujeres hacia la sexualidad y los derechos sexuales y reproductivos

Abstract

[ES] Desde el origen de la humanidad, sexo y ser humano han estado íntimamente ligados. A medida que la sociedad ha ido avanzando, los aspectos sexuales y reproductivos relacionados con la misma han evolucionado con ella. Los derechos de mujeres y hombres en el ámbito de la sexualidad se han incrementado o restringido en función de las estructuras dominantes que controlan a las comunidades. La sexualidad es una parte integral y complementaria de nuestras vidas, que se desarrolla y transforma a medida que la sociedad lo hace. En el presente estudio se pretende indagar, mediante el empleo de métodos cualitativos, acerca de los derechos reproductivos y sexuales de las mujeres de tres generaciones diferentes, observando así las diferencias existentes entre el ámbito público y privado de las mismas.

[EN] From the origins of humanity, sex and human being have been intimately linked. As society has been evolving, the sexual and reproductive aspects concerned with it have evolved as well. Women´s and men´s rights in the field of sexuality have increased or decreased depending on the dominant structures which control communities where they live. Sexuality is a comprehensive and complementary part in our lives, a part which develops and transforms itself together with our society. The purpose of this study is to cross-examine, through qualitative methods, the reproductive and sexual rights of women belonging to three different generations and, in this way, we will be able to observe the differences which exist in both public and private spheres of the such women.
