Análisis estratégico del sector hortícola español: identificación y valoración de oportunidades y amenazas

Abstract

[EN] What are the opportunities and threats in the horticultural sector at this time? In the study we will carry out a strategic analysis of the general and specific environment to the Spanish horticultural sector. To this end, we will carry out a PEST analysis to study the generic environment and apply the Porter's Five Forces Model to analyse the sectorial environment. This end-of-degree project aims to identify business options to ensure the position in the market, and finally to assess the relevant threats and opportunities.

[ES ]¿Cuáles son las oportunidades y amenazas que presenta el sector hortícola en este momento? En este trabajo realizaremos un estudio estratégico del entorno general y específico del sector hortícola español. Con este fin, realizaremos un análisis PEST para estudiar el entorno genérico y aplicaremos el modelo de Porter de las cinco fuerzas para analizar el entorno sectorial. El presente TFG tiene como objetivo identificar opciones de negocio que aseguren la posición en el mercado para, por último, valorar las amenazas y oportunidades pertinentes.
