[EN] The objective of this research is, on the one hand, to promote the teaching and learning of Spanish at different levels of education, above all at university. On the other hand, the objective is to promote the application of ICT and the gamification in this process and update the teaching process, focused on the student's learning needs. To analyze the benefits of the use of ICT with the gamification, a study was carried out based on the literature review of existing studies, an experimental study and a descriptive study, as well as the teaching experience itself in the teaching context in Serbia. The general conclusion is that the teaching methodology with ICT and gamification has a positive effect, both on the quantity and the quality of learners' knowledge (at the level of grammar, vocabulary and communication). It is a resource that increases motivation for learning and enhances the development of collaborative, digital and language skills. The improvement of learning results is evident both in the face-to-face classroom and in distance-autonomous learning. The students who made the most progress have been the learners with less remarkable prior knowledge. There is a positive correlation between class attendance and ICT for improving academic results. The didactic potential of ICT has also been recognized by the Spanish language learners and teachers who have participated in a questionnaire. The most relevant ICT tools that can be used in the process of teaching and learning have been presented in the ICT inventory in this research. The gamification model has had a positive impact on creating a motivating classroom environment and a learning experiences. ICTs do not represent a methodology or an objective of learning a language, but they are an instrument that enables, with a pedagogically founded use, based on teaching competence, the development of multiple skills and knowledge in the teaching and learning process.es_ES
