Violencia de género en relaciones de jóvenes: identificación y detección ante los primeros signos de maltrato

Abstract

[ES] La violencia de género es un fenómeno que requiere especial atención, no solo para el castigo de los agresores o la ayuda a las víctimas, sino también para ahondar en los elementos que, como sociedad, la originan y mantienen. De este modo, se podrá contribuir a su eliminación desde la raíz del problema: la educación que se recibe desde la infancia, fundamentada en estereotipos y actitudes machistas. A este respecto, la Pedagogía se presenta como esencial en este proceso de análisis de la realidad, centrándose especialmente en las parejas de jóvenes, puesto que en ellas se asimilan las bases e interacciones por las que deben regirse las relaciones sentimentales, considerando que todas sus relaciones venideras deberían ser así y generando consecuencias muy negativas para la víctima. En esta misma línea, tras la revisión teórica de esta cuestión y la revisión de los posibles indicios de esta violencia en las relaciones de jóvenes, mediante una investigación con diseño no experimental transversal, se presentan, brevemente, estrategias de prevención e intervención ante esta problemática desde el papel del pedagogo.

[EN] The intimate partner violence is a phenomenon that requires special attention, not only to punish the aggressors or help the victims, but also to delve into the elements that, as a society, originate and maintain it. In this way, it will be possible to contribute to its elimination from the root of the problem: the education received from childhood, based on stereotypes and sexist attitudes. In this regard, pedagogy is essential in this process of analysis of reality, focusing especially on young couples, since they assimilate the bases and interactions that should govern romantic relationships, considering that all their future relationships should be like this and generating very negative consequences for the victim. In this same line, after the theorical review of this issue and the review of the possible signs of this violence in young people’s relationships, by means of a research with a transversal non-experimental design, prevention and intervention strategies are briefly presented in the face of this problem from the role of the pedagogue.
