Propuesta de intervención para el absentismo escolar. Programa un lugar de disfrute y aprendizaje

Abstract

[ES] El absentismo escolar es un elemento que influye negativamente en el desarrollo integral de los menores, en la calidad educativa y en el contexto social. En España, la situación educativa con respecto a este fenómeno se ha visto empeorada en los últimos años según diferentes informes internacionales. Esta problemática está presente en todas las etapas educativas, aunque, es más pronunciada en la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. Puesto que el absentismo escolar está presente en la actualidad, se deben tomar iniciativas que ayuden a solventar la situación. Por ello se propone el programa de intervención “Un lugar de disfrute y aprendizaje” dirigido a los estudiantes de 1º curso de secundaria obligatoria, con el objetivo de aumentar la motivación de los estudiantes hacia el aprendizaje y, por ende, asistir a clase de forma regular. Este programa tiene en cuenta tanto los factores exógenos como endógenos, por tanto, trabaja no solo con los estudiantes, sino, también, desde la relación escuela-familia, puesto que influye en el desarrollo de los menores. En conclusión, el presente trabajo recoge una propuesta de intervención que podrá satisfacer una de las necesidades educativas de nuestra sociedad.

[EN] School absenteeism is an element that has a negative influence on the integral development of minors, on the quality of education and on the social context. In Spain, the educational situation with respect to this phenomenon has worsened in recent years according to different international reports. This problem is present in all educational stages, although it is more pronounced in Compulsory Secondary Education. Since school absenteeism is present nowadays, initiatives must be taken to help solve the situation. For this reason, the intervention program "A place of enjoyment and learning" is proposed, aimed at students in the first year of compulsory secondary education, with the objective of increasing students' motivation towards learning and, therefore, attending class on a regular basis. This program takes into account both exogenous and endogenous factors, therefore, it works not only with the students, but also with the school-family relationship, since it influences the development of the children. In conclusion, the present work gathers an intervention proposal that will be able to satisfy one of the educational needs of our society.
