Estudio lingüístico de documentos notariales del monasterio de Santa María de Carbajal (1244-1271)

Abstract

Este trabajo busca destacar los rasgos lingüísticos más característicos de la variedad central de la lengua leonesa medieval a través de un total de quince textos pertenecientes a la Colección documental de Santa María de Carbajal en un período que abarca aproximadamente treinta años, desde 1244 hasta 1271. Asimismo, en la segunda parte nos centramos en el léxico referido al terreno y a los mundos natural y rural para buscar la presencia de dialectalismos que nos ayuden a dilucidar la cuestión.

This paper aims to highlight the most characteristic linguistic features of the central variety of the medieval Leonese language through a total of fifteen texts belonging to the Documentary Collection of Santa María de Carbajal in a period that spans approximately thirty years, from 1244 to 1271. Likewise, in the second part we focus on the lexicon referring to the terrain and to the natural and rural worlds in order to search for the presence of dialects that help us to elucidate the question.
