Política educativa y enseñanza de las artes. Estudio de su evolución normativa (España, 1832-2020)

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the development of educational policies regarding the teaching of the arts. Part of the evolutionary study of the artistic disciplines integrated in the special regime teachings. In principle, it is nourished by the legislative evolution of the object studied and adds the content of the works and investigations carried out in a prevalent way from each artistic discipline, without avoiding the political, social, cultural or economic factors that conditioned its evolution. Their progress represents different and specific trajectories circumscribed to each of their levels and training areas. They are training courses that have had a limited demand for training courses, restricted both by the limited volume of their offer and by the historical absence of an educational policy determined to promote their development. There is no doubt that there is also a link between the various formations and the place that these artistic expressions occupy in the culture and also in the professional expectations of their higher levels.

El trabajo que presentamos tiene por objeto analizar el desarrollo de las políticas educativas en materia de enseñanza de las artes. Parte del estudio evolutivo de las disciplinas artísticas integradas en las enseñanzas de régimen especial. En principio se nutre de la evolución legislativa del objeto estudiado y añade el contenido de los trabajos e investigaciones realizadas de forma prevalente desde cada disciplina artística, sin eludir los factores políticos, sociales, culturales o económicos que condicionaron su evolución. Su progreso representa trayectorias diferentes y específicas circunscritas a cada uno de sus niveles y áreas formativas. Son formaciones que han contado con una limitada demanda de formaciones, restringidas tanto por el limitado volumen de su oferta como por la ausencia histórica de una política educativa decidida a impulsar su desarrollo. No cabe duda de que existe además un vínculo entre las diversas formaciones y el lugar que estas expresiones artísticas ocupan en la cultura y también en las expectativas profesionales de sus niveles superiores.
