Abstract

[ES] La influencia de la Inteligencia artificial en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas supone grandes cambios inevitables, ello conlleva la necesidad de adaptación de la actividad de las administraciones públicas ante las nuevas tecnologías. En el presente trabajo presentamos la importancia de esta nueva rama, la IA, la cual conlleva una difícil regulación y a su vez un gran beneficio y diversos retos para la sociedad. En el contexto legal se hace referencia al RGPD, a la LRJSP, Ley 39/2015 etc, en relación con el tema expuesto y también la importancia de los administrados frente a este nuevo tipo de administración ocasionada por la revolución 4.0 y el desarrollo tecnológico actual. [EN] The influence of Artificial Intelligence in the public administration field implies major inevitable changes, which come with the need to adapt public administrations activities to new technologies. In this paper we show the importance of this new field that is AI, which entails a complex regulation as well as a great benefit and various challenges for society. Within the legal framework, reference is made to the GDPR, to the Law 39/2015, about the Juridical Regime of the Public Sector (LRJSP) and to the importance of the recipients when it comes to this new type of administration that has emerged from Industry 4.0 and the current technological development.
