El dibujo anatómico aplicado a la representación artística de la violencia, de la pelea y las artes marciales

Abstract

[ES] La historia de la vida es la historia de la violencia, un elemento inherente al desarrollo del ser humano a través del tiempo. Mucho se ha escrito sobre sus distintas formas, presentes en todos los niveles de la cultura. Este proyecto se dirigirá a una tipología concreta de violencia y su rela-ción con el arte, su manifestación más directa y física: la pelea. Se partirá de raíces etimológi-cas que nos abrirán a una concepción más amplia de la violencia, como una fuerza de la natu-raleza; se estudiarán las reflexiones y obras de diversos filósofos, artistas y artistas marciales que vivieron o viven en relación directa con el fascinante mundo de la violencia, estudiando fuentes que variarán desde mitos antiguos a correspondencias privadas, podcast y publicacio-nes recientes. Se profundizará en el interés de artesanos olvidados y artistas contemporáneos por la repre-sentación de figuras enfrentadas en combates a muerte o reglados, usando a modo de piezas ejemplares dibujos preparatorios o anecdóticos, pinturas perdidas o ignoradas, pero también obras icónicas esenciales para la comprensión de la evolución del dibujo iluminado a lo largo de la historia. Estos referentes guiarán el camino hacia un análisis metodológico de esta técnica, primero a través del retrato y después mediante el dibujo anatómico. Usando recursos como el contraste gestual, la iluminación, la desproporción y el desdibujo, se conducirá todo el desarro-llo conceptual a una serie de nueve obras finales que explorarán las posibilidades de la violencia del combate como configuradora compositiva, conceptual y estética. Este proyecto busca conseguir un relato ordenado y atractivo que pueda ser interesante a to-do tipo de receptores, independientemente de que su interés inicial se posicione sobre todos sus apartados o sobre unos pocos. Por tanto, será escrito de manera que resulte asequible y agradeci-do a quien se abra a su lectura. [ENG] The history of life is the history of violence, an inherent element in the development of human beings through time. Much has been written about its different forms, present at all levels of culture. This project will address a specific type of violence and its relationship with art, its most direct and physical manifestation: the fight. It will start from etymological roots that will open us to a broader conception of violence, as a force of nature; the reflections and works of various philosophers, artists and martial artists who lived or live in direct relationship with the fascinating world of violence will be studied, investigating sources that will vary from ancient myths to private correspondence, podcasts and recent publications. The interest of forgotten artisans and contemporary artists for the representation of figures facing each other in combat, to the death or regulated, will be deepened , using as exemplary pieces preparatory or anecdotal drawings, lost or ignored paintings, but also iconic works essential for understanding of the evolution of illuminated drawing throughout history. These referents will guide the way towards a methodological analysis of this technique, first through the portrait and later through the anatomical drawing. Using resources such as gestural contrast, lighting, disproportion and blurring, the entire conceptual development will lead to a series of nine final works that will explore the possibilities of combat violence as a compositional, conceptual and aesthetic shaper. This project seeks to achieve an orderly and attractive story that can be interesting to all types of receivers, regardless of whether their initial interest is positioned on all its sections or on a few of them. Therefore, it will be written in such a way that it is accessible and grateful to those who are open to its reading it.
