Resumen
[EN] In the past decades, Higher Education Institutions have had to respond to various
changes in the social, economic and political environment, both nationally and
internationally. Challenges arising from an increase in the number of students
demanding Higher Education, reduced public funding or less support from the private
sector, increased operating costs, geopolitical conflicts or the COVID-19 pandemic,
have forced the Higher Education sector to adapt and evolve. Another relevant factor
of change has been, and will continue to be, the drive of digital technologies.
