Tras una reforma urbanística liderada por el gobierno fascista de Mussolini, el “Piano
Regolatore di 1931”, se produjeron muchas perdidas del tejido urbanístico de Roma, debido a
esto, la iglesia se desmontó y se volvió a montar en el emplazamiento actual. También se ahonda
en las distintas soluciones de restauración destinadas a esta iglesia y en la figura del arquitecto
restaurador, Gustavo Giovannoni. [EN] This Final Degree Project shows the history of the church of Santa Rita da Cascia in Campitelli, which was originally located on another site, at the foot of the Campidoglio. After an urban planning reform led by Mussolini's fascist government, the "Piano Regolatore di 1931", many losses to the urban fabric of Rome occurred, and the church was dismantled and reassembled on its current site. The various restoration solutions for this church and the figure of the
