Análisis Multivariante entre la inteligencia emocional y el estrés en estudiantes universitarios.

Abstract

[ES]Dado a la relevancia actual de los términos inteligencia emocional y estrés, el objetivo principal del trabajo se basa en aplicación del análisis multivariante para descubrir la relación entre ellos en una muestra de 300 universitarios de grado de la universidad de Salamanca . En primer lugar, se validarán la escala de medida trait meta-mood scale (tmms-24) y la perceived stress scale (pss-14), que posteriormente se utilizaran para realizar cálculos de las puntuaciones de cada indiviuduo que nos indicaran su nivel en inteligencia emocional y el estrés, y por último, buscar la relación entre las dimensiones de las escalas para establecer patrones de relación entre ambas variables.

[EN]Given the current relevance of the terms emotional intelligence and stress, the main objective of this work is based on the application of multivariate analysis to discover the relationship between them in a sample of 300 un dergraduate students at the university of salamanca. Firstly, the trait me ta-mood scale (tmms-24) and the perceived stress scale (pss-14) will be used to calculate the scores of each individual that will indicate their level of emotional intelligence and stress, and finally, to look for the relationship between the dimensions of the scales to establish patterns of relationship between both variables.
