¿Perduran en el tiempo las habilidades de pensamiento crítico adquiridas mediante instrucción?

Abstract

[ES]En este trabajo se pretende saber si las habilidades de pensamiento crítico se mantienen a lo largo del tiempo, si perduran después de una instrucción. Para ello se ha hecho un seguimiento a una muestra instruida en pensamiento hace cuatro años. Esta muestra recibió un programa de instrucción y se evaluó su eficacia. Después de comprobar esa mejora de las competencias, hemos hecho una nueva evaluación de la misma, cuatro años después. Los resultados obtenidos han sido realmente satisfactorios, logrando cambios significativos en todas las dimensiones de pensamiento crítico, menos una. Todo el proceso de evaluación será detallado lo suficiente para apreciar lo fundamental de nuestro estudio. [EN]In this paper, we seek to know whether critical thinking skills are maintained over time, if these skills remain after instruction. To assess this, we have been tracking a sample of individuals who have been educated in critical thinking four years ago. This sample participated in a training program and the effectiveness of this program was evaluated. After checking the improvement of thinking skills, we have made a new assessment, four years later. The results that we have obtained have been really successful, achieving significant changes in all aspects of critical thinking, but one. All this evaluation process will be detailed in this paper, to expose the fundamentals of our study.
