Lo siniestro y lo terrorífico en el arte del siglo XX

Abstract

[ES]El arte siniestro y terrorífico alcanzó su vértice en el convulso siglo XX. Nunca antes un tiempo marcado por la oscuridad moral de los conflictos bélicos había destacado, a su vez, por la libertad creadora imperante en su escena artística. En este trabajo se busca indagar, a partir de los planteamientos estéticos de Freud y de Félix Duque, en la presencia de elementos siniestros e ideas terroríficas en diferentes manifestaciones artísticas confeccionadas en este periodo de la Historia. [EN] Sinister art reached its peak during the turbulent 20th century. Never before a time marked by the moral darkness of war conflicts had also stood out for the creative freedom in its artistic scene. This project seeks to explore, based on the aesthetic approaches of Freud and Félix Duque, the presence of sinister elements and terrifying ideas in various artistic manifestations created during this period of history.
