Desafíos que enfrentan las trabajadoras rurales de la región Sierra de Atoyac (Guerrero, México): Estudio de investigación-acción participativa

Abstract

[ES]Esta investigación académica tiene como objetivo conocer los desafíos que enfrentan las trabajadoras rurales de la sierra de Atoyac, Guerrero. México. Se busca identificar sus necesidades y problemáticas tanto como mujeres cuidadoras como trabajadoras rurales, y facilitar el diálogo entre ellas para crear un espacio de intercambio de saberes y sentires. A partir de esta interconexión, se analiza la viabilidad de alternativas económicas solidarias a sus realidades y adaptadas a sus prioridades y capacidades, y se exploran nuevas formas de participación en la economía local que difieren de las convencionales, teniendo en cuenta las dinámicas socioculturales y los factores psicológicos que influyen en su comportamiento económico. La investigación se desarrolla desde un enfoque cualitativo, interdisciplinario y también local, utilizando principalmente entrevistas con trabajadores rurales y habitantes de la localidad para obtener información adicional. Los hallazgos de este estudio pretenden contribuir al debate sobre la reconstrucción del vínculo entre lo económico y lo social, resaltando la diversidad de emergencias y cambios en un contexto rural donde los trabajadores comienzan a explorar soluciones a sus problemas. Este trabajo pretende también ser una aportación al debate sobre los problemas económicos de nuestra sociedad, con el fin de aumentar la participación económica de las mujeres. [EN]This academic research aims to understand the challenges faced by rural women workers in the sierra de Atoyac, Guerrero. Mexico. It seeks to identify their needs and problems both as caregivers and rural workers, and to facilitate dialogue between them in order to create a space for the exchange of knowledge and feelings. Based on this interconnection, the feasibility of economic alternatives that are in solidarity with their realities and adapted to their priorities and capacities is analyzed, and new forms of participation in the local economy that differ from the conventional ones are explored, taking into account the socio-cultural dynamics and psychological factors that influence their economic behavior. The research is developed with a qualitative, interdisciplinary and local approach, using mainly interviews with rural women workers and local inhabitants to obtain additional information. The findings of this study aim to contribute to the debate on the reconstruction of the link between the economic and the social, highlighting the diversity of emergencies and changes in a rural context where women workers are beginning to explore solutions to their problems. This work also aims to be a contribution to the debate on the economic problems of our society, in order to increase women's economic participation.
