MERAKI: propuesta de intervención socioeducativa para la inclusión de alumnado de etnia gitana en el "CEIP Alfonso X"

Abstract

[ES]El presente proyecto de intervención socioeducativa, titulado Meraki, tiene como objetivo principal deconstruir los prejuicios y estereotipos existentes en el ámbito escolar hacia el alumnado de etnia gitana, promoviendo así su visibilidad y reconocimiento en la educación formal. Esta propuesta parte de la necesidad de dar voz a este colectivo, con el fin de desmontar los estigmas que lo afectan. En este contexto, el Trabajo de Fin de Grado presenta una intervención dirigida al equipo docente del CEIP Alfonso X, en Salamanca, un centro que cuenta con una notable presencia de alumnado gitano. La intervención busca sensibilizar al profesorado sobre los prejuicios, estigmas e ideas preconcebidas que pueden incidir en su práctica educativa, promoviendo una mirada más inclusiva que favorezca la diversidad y contribuya a superar las barreras sociales y las desigualdades de clase presentes en el entorno escolar.

[EN]The main objective of this socio-educational intervention project, entitled Meraki, is to deconstruct the prejudices and stereotypes existing in the school environment towards Roma students, thus promoting their visibility and recognition in formal education. This proposal is based on the need to give a voice to this group, in order to dismantle the stigmas that affect them. In this context, the Final Degree Project presents an intervention aimed at the teaching staff of CEIP Alfonso X, in Salamanca, a center with a notable presence of gypsy students. The intervention seeks to raise teachers' awareness of prejudices, stigmas and preconceived ideas that may affect their educational practice, promoting a more inclusive approach that favors diversity and contributes to overcoming social barriers and class inequalities present in the school environment.
