Diseño y validación de una herramienta de diagnóstico de la capacidad de innovación de un centro educativo

Abstract

[ES]La capacidad de los centros educativos para innovar es fundamental para favorecer una continua transformación, adaptándose a un entorno pedagógico y social dinámico. Sin embargo, existen escasas herramientas específicas que permitan evaluar esta capacidad desde una visión contextualizada e integral. El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster tiene como finalidad diseñar y validar una herramienta diagnóstica para valorar el potencial innovador de los centros educativos. [EN]The ability of educational centers to innovate is fundamental to promote continuous transformation, adapting to a dynamic pedagogical and social environment. However, there are few specific tools that allow this ability to be evaluated from a contextualized and comprehensive perspective. The purpose of this Master's Thesis is to design and validate a diagnostic tool to assess the innovative potential of educational centers.

The research presented takes an instrumental approach that combines a thorough theoretical review with content validation using the Delphi method, through expert judgment. The proposed tool is composed of essential dimensions such as pedagogical leadership, organizational culture, methodologies, and agent involvement, reflecting a holistic perspective of educational innovation.

The results obtained show a high degree of consensus in the clarity, coherence, and relevance of the items, which has made it possible to improve the instrument and its content validity. Although this initial phase has not been applied in real-world contexts, this research represents an initial step in developing an evaluative resource adaptable to different centers.
