El hipervídeo y su potencialidad pedagógica

Abstract

En estos momentos las tecnologías de la información y comunicación van confluyendo en aplicaciones cada vez más audiovisuales e interactivas, una muestra de ello es el desarrollo del hipervídeo. El hipervídeo es un modelo de vídeo interactivo basado en la asociación de contenidos de diversa naturaleza a lo largo de su línea narrativa. Se trata de un hipertexto audiovisual, de manera que se puede intervenir en la secuencialidad del relato e interactuar con otros tipos de información: textos, imágenes fijas, etcétera. El hipervídeo es un material instructivo que nos permite seguir la secuencia del video conductor como base de la exposición de la información e ir ampliando la información audiovisual con otros materiales complementarios que podrían tener cualquier formato de archivo y que permitirían profundizar en los aspectos considerados de mayor interés para el alumno. Así, en un punto determinado del documento audiovisual, podríamos detener el visionado para abrir un documento con una explicación más detallada en formato texto o presentación, ver una imagen con mayor precisión o detenimiento, hacer algún tipo de ejercicio, acceder a una web con información complementaria, escuchar una explicación más completa o algún ejemplo en audio o acceder a un video o hipervídeo diferente.

At these moments the technologie of the information and communication are coming together in audio-visual applications more and more and interactive, a sample of it is the development of the hyperfilm. The hyperfilm is a type of interactive film based on the association of contents of diverse nature throughout its narrative line. This is an audiovisual hypertext, so that it is possible to be taken part in the sequence of the story and to be interacted with other types of information: texts, fixed, images, etc. The hyperfilm is an instructive material that allows us to follow the sequence of the conductive video as it bases of the exhibition of the information and to be extending the audio-visual information with other complementary materials that could have any file format and wich they would allow to deepen in the considered aspects of greater interest for the student. Thus, in a determined point of the audio-visual document, we could stop the film to open a document with one more an explanation detailed in format text or presentation, see an image with greater precision or throughness, make some type of exercise, accede to a Web with complementary information, listen to one more complete explanation or some example in audio or accede to a film or different hyperfilm.
