dc.descriptionEn este trabajo los autores se preguntan cuál es la mejorfórmula para organizar la gestión y la propiedad de la red de transporte en un marco competitivo, analizando las ventajas e inconvenientes de dos alternativas opuestas (ISO frente a TSO), y teniendo en cuenta las enseñanzas que se pueden extraer de la experiencia de algunos países en los que se ha abordado la elección entre ambas opciones. Como consecuencia del análisis realizado, se argumenta a favor de integrar la gestión y la propiedad de los activos de transporte en una misma entidad, y se hace hincapié en la importancia de garantizar que las inversiones en redes se efectúen bajo unas condiciones que aseguren una retribución suficiente y un comportamiento eficiente por parte de la empresa que las acomete.es_ES
dc.descriptionIn this work the authors ask themselves which is the best manner to organize the management and the property of the network of transport in a competitive frame, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of two opposite alternatives (ISO and TSO), and bearing in mind the educations that can be extracted from the experience of some countries in which the choice has been approached between both options. As consequence of the realized analysis, it is argued in favour of integrating the management and the property of the assets of transport in the same entity, and is emphisized the importance of guaranteeing that the investments in networks effect under a few conditions that assure a sufficient remuneration and an efficient behavior on the part of the company.es_ES
