La ofrenda sagrada del vaso en la cultura ibérica

Abstract

[ES] Presentamos en este trabajo una reflexión sobre el conocido gesto de ofrecimiento del vaso a la divinidad en la cultura ibérica, en el marco del Mediterráneo antiguo. Analizamos las imágenes de los exvotos que muestran esta actitud a través de los principales soportes -piedra, bronce y terracota-, así como una valoración de otros elementos del registro implicado en la arqueología ibérica del culto.

[EN] We present in this work a reflection about the known gesture of offering the vase to the deity in the Iberian culture, in the context of the Ancient Mediterranean. We analyse the images of the exvoto that show this attitude through the most important materials -stone, bronze and pottery-; we study too other elements of the material culture involved in the Iberian archaeology of the cult.
