Posible implicación del receptor dopaminérgico D2 y la aromatasa P450 en el desarrollo de adenomas espontáneos hipofisarios

Abstract

[ES] El tema de la Tumorogénesis es sin duda uno de los temas más apasionantes y que con más inquietud se vive en el día de hoy a todos los niveles de nuestra vida diaria. Muchos son los trabajos encauzados a esclarecer algunos de los factores que originan o modulan la formación de tumores. En la presente tesis expondremos algunas conclusiones sobre la relación de los receptores dopaminérgicos y el prolactinoma. Para ello desarrollaremos una hipótesis de trabajo que argumentaremos e implicaremos históricamente con las investigaciones previas sobre el tema, facilitando así continuar la investigación en este campo en el futuro.

[EN] The topic of the Tumorogénesis is undoubtedly one of the most exciting topics and that with more worry is lived in today to all the levels of our daily life. Many are the works channelled to clarifying some of the factors that originate or modulate the formation of tumors. In the present thesis we will expose some conclusions on the relation of the recipients dopaminérgicos and the prolactinoma. For it we will develop a hypothesis of work that we will argue and imply historically with the previous investigations on the topic, facilitating this way to continue the investigation in this field in the future.
