La violencia sobre la mujer en el ámbito familiar. El artículo 173.2 del código penal

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo inicial de este trabajo era un trato jurídico del problema, pero tras leer mucha documentación, y darme cuenta de que mis conocimientos en el ámbito penal son muy limitados, lo he ido encaminando más al estudio en profundidad del problema. Tras mi paso por el postrado y la investigación que he hecho para este proyecto me he dado cuenta, a pesar de ya estar sensibilizada con el tema, de la autentica gravedad del mismo, de las herramientas existentes para su lucha así como sus deficiencias. Por todo esto desarrollaré a continuación todo lo que he considerado importante abordar sobre la violencia de género junto con mi opinión personal y unas posibles soluciones que planteo desde mi perspectiva.

[EN] The initial objective of this work was legal treatment of the problem, but after reading lots of documentation, and realize that my knowledge in criminal matters are very limited, I've been routing more in-depth study of the problem. After my time at the postgraduate and research I've done for this project I realized, despite already being sensitized to the issue of true gravity of it, existing tools for their struggle and their shortcomings. For all this will develop then everything I thought it important to address gender violence on with my personal opinion and some possible solutions that I raise from my perspective.
