Colombia. ¿El fin del delito político? : uso político del delito político en el discurso uribista

Abstract

[ES]Desde los inicios del gobierno del Presidente Álvaro Uribe Vélez y en especial bajo el desarrollo del proceso de paz con las Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC) se ha generado una fuerte y larga controversia alrededor del tratamiento jurídico que se les debe dar a los desmovilizados de los grupos armados al margen de la ley, en especial, de los grupos paramilitares. Es alrededor de este contexto que tanto el presidente Uribe como miembros de su gabinete emiten diversos pronunciamientos categorizando a las guerrillas como terroristas y abogando a favor de la categoría de delincuentes políticos a los paramilitares. A continuación se presenta un análisis de la evolución discursiva y las consecuencias que tiene esta iniciativa del Gobierno en el proceso de justicia transicional.

[EN]Since the early days of the governing period of the president Alvaro Uribe Velez and specially under the development of the peace process with the Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC) there has been a long and strong controversy surrounding the lawfully treatment that should be given to these demobilized specially those from the paramilitary groups. Around this context in whereas the president Uribe and his cabinet members give out various speeches categorizing the guerrillas as terrorists groups and advocating in favor of political delinquents to the paramilitaries, ahead on this paper an analysis is made of the speech evolution and the consequences that this initiative has from the government in the process of transitional justice.
