Propuesta de intervención educativa sobre el colectivo LGTBIQ+

Abstract

[ES] En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster se propone una intervención educativa para promover la inclusión y el respeto del colectivo LGTBIQ+ dentro del entorno escolar, para dar la importancia que se mecerece a la lucha contra la homofobia y la discriminación. Actualmente, la comunidad LGTBIQ+ sigue enfrentando desafíos en términos de aceptación y respeto, sobre todo en los entornos escolares, por lo tanto, en esta propuesta de intervención, se destaca la necesidad de implantar acciones concretas para crear un ambiente educativo en donde todas las personas se sientan cómodas y seguras. Esta intervención se va a basar en actividades grupales, debates y charlas informativas impartidas por profesioanes, con el objetivo de proporcionar herramientas para combatir la discriminación, y además, fomentar la comprensión y empatía entre los estudiantes. Además, la evaluación de las actividades serán clave para medir la efectividad y asegurar el logro de los objetivos que hemos planteado. Por lo tanto, se busca abordar directamente los desafíos que enfrentan el colectivo LGTBIQ+ en el ámbito educativo, utilizando especialmente la educación como la herramienta fundamental para promover la inclusión, pero además, combatir la homofobia.

[EN] This Master's Thesis proposes an educational intervention to promote inclusion and respect for the LGTBIQ+ collective within the school environment, in order to give the importance that is deserved to the fight against homophobia and discrimination. Currently, the LGTBIQ+ community continues to face challenges in terms of acceptance and respect, especially in school environments, therefore, in this intervention proposal, the need to implement concrete actions to create an educational environment where all people feel comfortable and safe is highlighted. This intervention will be based on group activities, debates and informative talks given by teachers, with the aim of providing tools to combat discrimination, and also to promote understanding and empathy among students. In addition, the evaluation of the activities will be key to measure the effectiveness and ensure the achievement of the objectives we have set. Therefore, we seek to directly address the challenges faced by the LGTBIQ+ community in the educational sphere, especially using education as the fundamental tool to eliminate and promote inclusion, but also to combat homophobia.
