| es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | [EN]Autism Spectrum Disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that manifests early in
childhood, causing difficulties in social communication and repetitive and stereotyped
behavior patterns. One of its most notable characteristics are emotional difficulties.
Students with ASD have difficulty identifying their own feelings, developing empathy and
self-regulation. These emotional barriers affect their ability to connect with their
environment. Therefore, given this reality, play is presented as a fundamental educational
tool.
This Final Degree Project seeks to highlight the importance of play as a key tool for the
emotional development of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, considering it as an
educational tool that allows young children to learn about the world around them in a
motivational way. To this end, an analysis of various sources of information was carried
out, including an intervention with six studente in which play acts as an emotional vehicle. | en_EN |
