Systematic Review Toolkit: browser-based forms and consolidators for title/abstract screening, risk of bias, inter-rater agreement and PRISMA 2020 [Dataset]

Abstract

[EN]A set of self-contained, offline web applications supporting the core steps of a systematic review and meta-analysis: title/abstract screening, risk-of-bias assessment with a custom seven-domain instrument, inter-rater agreement (Cohen's kappa, including a quadratic-weighted kappa for ordinal ratings) and the PRISMA 2020 checklist. Each form runs entirely in the browser, requires no installation or internet connection, and keeps all data local; reviewers export JSON files that a consolidator merges to compute agreement and consensus tables (exportable to CSV and Word). Developed for, and illustrated with, a systematic review and meta-analysis of quantitative anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) research in Africa, and reusable for other reviews.
