Educar en la igualdad para prevenir la violencia de género: actividades desarrolladas en los IES de Salamanca

Abstract

[ES]Se considera importante tener una visión global de la forma en la que se debería promocionar la igualdad, deshacer estereotipos, y prevenir la violencia de género desde el ámbito educativo. Para conseguirlo, este trabajo comienza con un bloque teórico que encuadra la situación actual del sistema educativo en relación a la promoción de la igualdad y la prevención de la violencia de género; conociendo los cambios que han dado lugar a la integración de esta perspectiva, tanto a nivel legislativo como social.

Dentro de este aparato, se presenta la forma en la que habría que incorporar y tratar estos contenidos en el sistema educativo; además de conocer las iniciativas y el material realizado con este fin. Por otro lado, el segundo bloque consta de la presentación y los resultados de la investigación realizada en los centros educativos de secundaria de la ciudad de Salamanca, en la que se recogen las actuaciones que se están llevando a cabo en relación a estas temáticas. Además, dentro de la misma investigación, se ha incluido la opinión que tienen los/las profesionales que trabajan con los/las adolescentes ante el tema estudiado; así como la importancia que atribuyen a estos contenidos y actividades dentro del curriculum, las dificultades con las que se encuentran para poder trabajarlo de la mejor forma posible, y qué soluciones proponen para facilitar la puesta en marcha de este tipo de enseñanzas. Por último, se presenta una propuesta educativa para tratar el tema con el alumnado de la ESO, y las conclusiones a las que se ha llegado al finalizar este proyecto.

[EN]It is considered important to have a global vision of the way we should promote equality, to change stereotypes and gender violence prevention from the educational field. To achieve this, this paper begins with a theoretical block which fits the current situation of education system in relation to the promotion of equality and prevention of gender violence; knowing the changes that have led to the integration of this perspective, both in law and society.

Within this unit, we present the way we would have to incorporate and addressing these issues in the education system, as well as learn about the initiatives and the material made ​​for this purpose. On the other hand, the second block consists of the presentation and the results of research conducted in secondary schools the city of Salamanca, which sets out the actions being undertaken in relation to these issues. Moreover, within the same investigation, the opinion has been included with the / the professionals who work with / the teenagers to the subject being studied, as well as the importance they attach to this content and activities within the curriculum, the difficulties found to work as best as possible, and what solutions are proposed to support the implementation of this type of education. Finally, education is a proposal to address the issue with students of ESO, and the conclusions he has reached the end of this project.
