Las políticas públicas de protección social: "la asistencia sanitaria"

Abstract

En el citado trabajo estudiamos el derecho a la salud y la política pública que desarrolla el citado derecho, profundizando en el derecho a la asistencia sanitaria. Lo desarrollamos mediante las diferentes normas que lo tutelan en cuanto al contenido del derecho y a los titulares del mismo, recogiendo las actuales reformas legales que se han llevado a cabo, aportando asimismo valoraciones personales sobre las mismas. A su vez enumeramos las cuestiones más controvertidas de esta política de protección social, comentando ejemplos de situaciones reales que nos hacen conocer desde un punto de vista interior y más cercano la problemática y complicación de nuestro derecho a la salud.

[EN] In the mentioned work we study the right to the health and the public politics that develops the mentioned right, penetrating into the right to the sanitary assistance. We it develop by means of the different procedure that as for the content of the right and te the holders of the same one, gathering the current legal reforms that have been carried out, contributing likewise personal valuations on the same ones. In turn we enumerate the most controversial questions of this politics of social protection, commmenting on examples of royal situations that make us know from an interior and more nearby point of view the problematics and oomplication of our right to the health.
