El punto de encuentro familiar: una perspectiva jurídico-práctica

Abstract

[ES] El Punto de Encuentro Familiar se ha convertido en un instrumento fundamental para garantizar el cumplimiento adecuado del régimen de visitas establecido. Con el siguiente trabajo se intenta profundizar en sus principales objetivos y principios de funcionamiento, para después analizar su fundamentación normativa, focalizada principalmente en la regulación jurídica existente en Castilla y León. El trabajo se concluye con la aportación de una entrevista exclusiva y personal a los trabajadores de un Punto de Encuentro de esta Comunidad Autónoma, a fin de poder ofrecer una visión no tan solo teórica, sino también práctica de lo que supone este servicio en la sociedad.

[EN] The Familiar Gathering Place has become a basic tool to be executed the parental visitation rights. Throughout this academic work I will try to go into detail about its main goals and principles. Afterward, I will analyze its legal framework; focused on the law regulation in Castilla and León. Finally, I have carried out a sole and personally interview the qualified worker of Familiar Gathering Place in this autonomous community. This interview will give a whole vision of this service, not only theoretical but also practical and a strong knowledge about what this service can contribute to the society.
