Abstract

[ES]Esta investigación surge del interés de la autora por los libros que han contribuido en su crecimiento personal y en la ampliación de sus conocimientos. Se presenta una selección actualizada de libros dirigidos a la edad de 0-3 años, con la principal finalidad de favorecer la adquisición del hábito lector. La Educación Infantil ofrece la oportunidad de poder desarrollar las capacidades de la persona, particularmente en los primeros años de vida. Los criterios de selección se han obtenido a partir de la bibliografía consultada y la información de profesionales. La exploración empírica se ha realizado por medio de la metodología cualitativa y las técnicas de recogida de datos fueron la entrevista y el grupo de discusión. Tras un exhaustivo análisis de la información, se extrajeron unas significativas conclusiones.

[EN]This research arises from the autor`s interest in books which have aided in her personal development and the expansion of her knowledge. An updated selection of books for the age of 0-3 years is presented, with the main aim of focussing on acquisition of the Reading habit. Early Childhood Education offers the opportunity to develop the person’s skills, particularly in the first years of life. On the one hand, the selection criteria have been taken from the bibliography consulted and information from professionals. The empirical exploration has been done through the qualitative methodology and techniques of data collection, such as interviews and the discussion group. After a thorough analysis of the information, significant conclusions were drawn.
