[EN]Acute myocardial infarction is one of the cardiovascular diseases with the greatest impact on society. Although early percutaneous intervention has very high success rates in treating this disease, it increases chances of reinfarction. One of the therapies used to decrease the risk of reinfarction on patients is double platelet antiagregation, which is followed by the patient for 12 months and decreases the risk of reinfarction, but increases the risk of internal bleeding. Using statistical and artificial intelligence techniques, a prediction model of the ischemic and bleeding risk of patients after their first infarction was achieved, which can be used to better estimate the time patients must be treated with double antiaggregation therapy can be better estimated. A data set from three different studies was used for this purpose, achieving a variety of data suitable for model training in machine learning. The database is composed of the bleemacs, renami and a registry of patients who have suffered an acute myocardial infarction from the university hospitals of Vigo and Murcia. After a statistical analysis of the database to observe the incidence of both pathologies in patients over time, three different machine learning models were generated: logistic regression, support vector machine and random forest; for the prediction of the ischemic and hemorrhagic event at 12 months. After training the models with two of the records by performing a cross validation with repetitions, a third record was used to validate the previously generated models. Obtaining an area under the roc curve of 0.72 for bleeding prediction and 0.58 for reinfarction prediction.
