La ejecución provisional en la jurisdicción social

Abstract

[ES] En el presente estudio se realiza un estudio exhaustivo de la ejecución provisional en la jurisdicción social, del Título II de la LRJS que regulan la ejecución provisional en este orden jurisdiccional, pero sin olvidar los orígenes normativos de esta figura, preconstitucionales, así como los enlaces con otras normativas que le son de aplicación de forma supletoria; recogiendo en dicho texto nuestras conclusiones personales al respecto. [EN] In the present study an exhaustive study of the provisional execution in the social jurisdiction is carried out, of Title II of the LRJS that regulate the provisional execution in this jurisdictional order, but without forgetting the normative origins of this figure, pre-constitutional, as well as the links with other regulations that are applicable to it on a supplementary basis; collecting in this text our personal conclusions in this regard.
